They are confident working independently in the outpatient setting and add value to our clients’ practices. Our team of recruiters are experts in identifying anesthesiologists and CRNAs whose expertise matches the needs of our client sites, and inexpediently gathering and delivering requisite credentialing documentation. We strive for continuity of care by scheduling the same provider(s) for each procedure day. Our clients can attest to the fact that we are very successful in our efforts.
Our team of certified anesthesia technologists ensures that anesthesia equipment is functional and optimized for patient safety. They are experts in Florida state requirements for surgical facilities, including office-based surgical practices. Procedures take place on time, without delays due to equipment failure or supply shortages. We have a proprietary system for inventory management in facilities with limited storage space and have long-standing relationships with national vendors to make sure all requisite medications and supplies are received in a timely manner, regardless of backorder status.
Our billing team is experienced and efficient. We use state-of-the-art software to ensure compliance and minimize errors. Many of our billing staff have a background in information technology. Their knowledge and skills result in a low-impact implementation of services with our clients, fewer errors, and better patient satisfaction overall. We work with insurers and participate with plans wherever possible.
